Under this category, there are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.damfirm.com\/nevada\/temporary-partial-disability-benefits.html\">temporary partial disability<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.damfirm.com\/nevada\/temporary-total-disability-benefits.html\">temporary total disability benefits<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Permanent disability<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Permanent disability benefits occur if a person sustains a permanent loss of function or ability due to their injury or illness on the job.
